Eglfing, Germany (14 October 2025) - A key highlight is the new Convotherm mini pro – a powerful combi oven in a compact format, optionally equipped with AI-driven Optical Cooking, making it ideal for small kitchens with big ambitions. Also taking center stage is the Merrychef conneX® 12, now available with a Panini Press and a new cavity liner for easier cleaning. Completing the line-up is the Convotherm flexx pro, positioned as a premium solution for demanding professional kitchens.
