Finishing with pinpoint accuracy

No chef wants to subject their customers to dried- out and unappealing dishes, not to mention the loss of nutrients. With ConvoServe, all the food you need arrives from the Convotherm maxx pro exactly when you have the time and capacity for it. Foods are pre-made and then cooled down in the Cook&Chill process to prevent overcooking. The sophisticated, but simple regeneration process in the Convotherm maxx pro finishes the food to the highest quality, with pinpoint accuracy and consistency.
