New Port Richey, FL - Welbilt, Inc. (NYSE:WBT) announces that, in addition to his current role as Vice President and Managing Director of Convotherm, Reine Wasner will now take on responsibilities for the Inducs Product Line.

Reiner joined Convotherm Elektrogeräte GmbH in March 2018 as Managing Director assuming product responsibility at the Eglfing location, as well as global responsibility for Convotherm working closely with the Welbilt team to continue growing the business internationally.

Commenting on the appointment, Phil Dei Dolori, Senior VP and General Manager of Welbilt EMEA/APAC, said: "Reine joined our Welbilt family in 2018 and has continued to increase the Convotherm brand presence globally. He will now bring his skills and experience to the Inducs Product Line and will lead and guide the team in Switzerland, headed by Daniele Romano. Mr Wasner has over 20 year experience working in international companies and building global teams. Prior to Convotherm, he worked as the General Manager at Mont Blanc, one of the leading product developers, manufacturers and suppliers of world-class load carrier systems, and chaired the Board of Directors of Kaggeholms Folkhögskola, a non-profit organization in Sweden, which provides assistance to youths and disabled people. Mr Wasner graduated from Lund University with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He received his Diplomkaufmann (MBA equivalent) and his PhD in Business Administration from Linköping University. A Swedish native, Mr. Wasner is fluent in German, English and French.
