The sturdy smoking box is easy to use – simply place in the cooking chamber of the combi oven – the smoking program runs automatically with the touch of a button, saves on space and has the potential to generate incremental profit adding more flavor options on your menu. Three levels of efficient cleaning with ConvoClean+
The combi oven’s ConvoClean+ cleaning system offers flexible and reliable cleaning options, with three programs to choose from: eco, express and regular mode. The eco mode saves a considerable amount of cleaning agent, energy and water; express mode cleans the appliance completely and rapidly; and regular mode cleans faster than eco mode. The user also has the option to choose between four cleaning levels within each of the modes. Cleaning can also be cancelled at any time during the cleaning process and the system automatically conducts a safety rinse, ensuring that the cleaner is rinsed out thouroughly. Afterwards, the Convotherm 4 can be ready for use once again within about 15 minutes.

ConvoClean+ use residual-free biodegradable liquid cleaning agents with 10-liter canisters connected directly to the combi oven, enabling fully automatic dispensing directly into the combi- oven.
