Culinary teams use marine versions of both maxx and mini models — tabletop and floorstanding — and take advantage of every cooking mode, from steaming and frying to roasting and overnight preparation. ConvoSmoke and Crisp&Tasty are also heavily relied upon.

Much like a smartphone, the intuitive control panel is highly rated, and automatic cleaning programs help keep the galley spotless with minimal effort.
