CONVOTHERM WINS THE iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 FOR THE MINI PRO – AN OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT IN INTERNATIONAL DESIGN!

Eglfing, Germany (6 May 2026) – Convotherm is delighted to receive another award: the Convotherm mini pro was honored with the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 on 27 April 2026 in Berlin. This globally renowned award is regarded as a hallmark of outstanding design and design quality. It was presented by the iF International Forum Design GmbH, which for more than 70 years has been one of the world’s oldest independent design institutions.

The award was presented in the Product Design discipline, in the Kitchen Appliances category, recognizing the innovative and exceptional design of the Convotherm mini pro. This places Convotherm among the best – an impressive achievement given there of more than 10,000 entries from 68 countries, highlighting the highly competitive nature of this award.

The AI-enabled mini pro, also known as the “King of Compact,” was specifically developed for professional kitchens with limited space. At just 49.8 cm wide, it delivers full cooking performance while combining intuitive operation with intelligent automation. Optional Optical Cooking with AI-driven ConvoSense technology reduces complexity, minimizes food waste, and supports efficient, resource-saving operations. Its design reflects a commitment to Intelligent Simplicity, combining innovative technology with a clean and approachable appearance.
