The event provided a unique platform for experts, offering insights into the latest developments in modern kitchen technology with a clear focus on innovation, productivity, and sustainability.

The event spotlighted Convotherm combi ovens, which set new standards in efficiency, productivity, and user-friendliness through innovative technologies such as ConvoSense, powered by artificial intelligence and smart sensors. These innovations optimize cooking processes, reduce operating costs, and deliver outstanding cooking results while significantly lowering energy consumption.
