Eglfing, Germany - With its energy-efficient kitchen technology, international kitchen technology manufacturer Convotherm succeeds in being recognized as an ENERGY STAR partner for the 15th time in a row. Both the award and the EcoGastro label, with which the Convotherm maxx pro series appliances are certified, affirm the Convotherm brand's successful sustainability strategy.

The globally renowned ENERGY STAR program certifies, amongst other things, that electrical appliances meet the electricity-saving criteria of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy. As an ENERGY STAR partner, Convotherm offers sustainable products that simultaneously reduce costs and carbon footprint.

The Convotherm maxx pro scores highly in terms of energy consumption. Thanks to its controlled, self-regulating cooking chambers, the optimum amount of water and energy is used to generate the perfect climate in the cooking chamber.
