Eglfing, Germany - Leading catering equipment supplier Welbilt, Inc. has announced the appointment of Claus Pedersen as the new Managing Director of Convotherm with immediate effect. Claus will assume global responsibility for Convotherm product lines and P&L and will work closely with the Welbilt teams to continue to grow the business internationally. Claus will succeed Jean Paul Roudier who has been interim Managing Director the last 8 months.

Claus brings more than 25 years’ experience working within the hospitality equipment sector after time at Hobart (ITW) and Cornelius (Marmon Foodservice Technologies). He brings a broad knowledge of technology and industry coupled with a proven sales and marketing record. Most recently, Claus was General Manager for the Water Division of Cornelius.
