Welbilt launches Training Session and Tasting Events for Convotherm Combi Oven

(NYSE:WBT), a leading global provider of commercial foodservice equipment, today announces that Convotherm, one of its core brands offering a full range of combi ovens, has launched a series of free training sessions and tasting events for the Convotherm combi oven, the best performing oven in the industry.“We are very proud of our partnership with the American Culinary Federation and are pleased to be awarded Continuing Education Hours for our Convotherm combi oven demos. Welbilt’s corporate chefs will demonstrate the unique features of the Convotherm combi oven, bringing to life the many advantages of the model. Chefs will have an opportunity to see the oven in action and sample all the food prepared. Each training session and tasting event will cover how to grill, roast, bake, steam and poach in one Convotherm combi oven and master more sophisticated dishes, how to increase cooking consistency each time with the Press & Go function, as well as how to clean the oven completely handsfree with ConvoClean+.
Chefs will also learn how to eliminate extra pieces of equipment that are no longer needed and how to segment specific cooking opportunities. In addition, Welbilt’s team will provide tips and ideas on how to lower operating costs by reducing water, energy and labor.
