Convotherm introduces Ventless Hoods by Halton

Introducing ConvoVent^® Hood by Halton^® for Convotherm^® combi ovens.

One hood – two combi ovens
The ConvoVent 4 by Halton was developed to work well with single combi ovens and it was specifically designed to provide ventilation even with stacked combi ovens when using the optional stacking kit accessory. The design vents two combi ovens in a stacked configuration, even when both are in service.

Lower cost of ownership
The ConvoVent 4 by Halton consists of three filters – 2 washable filters and a low cost, carbonembedded fiber filter. Importantly, the electric Convotherm appliances are UL Listed KNLZ ventless without a hood, so the filters come into very little contact with grease laden air. The benefit is the carbon filter costs less than competitive filters which minimizes cost of ownership.

Greater ability to capture condensation released when door is opened
The ConvoVent 4 hood by Halton was designed with a front overhang to capture condensation released during a door opening event. In addition, the smart fan control increases fan speed automatically for efficient steam capture when the oven door is opened.

Simplest to install and maintain
The ConvoVent 4 hood by Halton was designed to ensure easy installation and maintenance. The hood requires no water connection or drain, making installation onsite fast and simple. In fact, this hood can be installed on any existing Convotherm 4 table-top appliance at your location.
