CONVOTHERM STRENGTHENS ITS SALES TEAM WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF JENS WIESE

Eglfing, Germany (16 September 2026) – Convotherm is continuing to expand its sales activities in Germany. With effect from 1 September, Jens Wiese has joined the sales team at the combi oven specialist, with responsibility for Germany EAST. With many years of experience in the foodservice industry and in the sales of commercial kitchen equipment, Jens Wiese brings extensive industry expertise and a broad network within the German foodservice and commercial kitchen market.

He began his professional career as a chef before moving into sales, where he held positions including at METRO Cash & Carry Germany and two commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers. Most recently, he worked as Sales Manager at BASTRA.

With the addition of Jens Wiese to its sales team, Convotherm is focusing on providing even closer support to its partners and customers on the ground. Close proximity to the market and direct dialogue with specialist dealers, consultants, planners and end users are key elements of the company’s sales strategy.
