CONVOTHERM STRENGTHENS PARTNERSHIP WITH THE BOCUSE D’OR – OFFICIAL PARTNER FOR THE CURRENT CYCLE THROUGH 2027

Eglfing, Germany (19 February 2026) – Convotherm, a brand of Welbilt and a proud member of the Ali Group, is extending its long-standing partnership with the world’s most renowned cooking competition, the Bocuse d’Or. In the current cycle of this exceptional competition—often referred to as the “Olympic Games of gastronomy” – throughout 2027 Convotherm will continue to support the national and continental qualification rounds as an official partner, on the road to the next World Championship. The final will take place at the international trade fair SIRHA in Lyon in January 2027.

For more than 25 years, Convotherm has been closely associated with the Bocuse d’Or. The renewed partnership covers all qualification stages through to the Grand Finale of the Bocuse d’Or 2027 in Lyon. As an official partner, Convotherm supports the competitions by providing powerful combi oven technology and assists the participating teams on their road to the World Championship.

The next highlight within the qualification rounds is the Bocuse d’Or Europe, which takes place for the first time in France, on 15 and 16 March 2026. The host city is the Mediterranean metropolis of Marseille. The European preliminary round will be held at Parc Chanot as part of Sirha Méditerranée. Here too, Convotherm will stand alongside the Bocuse d’Or as a main partner, providing cutting-edge, sustainable combi oven technology that meets the competition’s high demands and offers chefs maximum precision and reliability.
