INDIAN SUMMER LIVE COOKING FESTIVAL IN GERMANY – CULINARY DELIGHTS AT HOTEL GSTEIG – THE CONVOTHERM MINI PRO IN ACTION
Eglfing, Germany (1 October 2025) – A night full of world-class flavors, live cooking, and entertainment awaits guests at the Indian Summer Live Cooking Festival on 4 October 4 at the Gsteig in Lechbruck am See hotel in Germany. Convotherm is one of the sponsors for this special culinary celebration. More than ten well-known top and Michelin-starred chefs will delight visitors with fire, flavor, and creativity. Six Convotherm mini pro units will support the chefs at the live cooking stations. From Michelin-awarded dishes to bold new concepts, the festival promises culinary experiences of the highest order.
The autumn event brings together passionate chefs with a shared mission: to combine their love of rock music, their commitment to sustainability and regionality, and their dedication to modern gastronomy. Prominent participants include Stefan Marquard, Pistole (Hardcore Food), Ralf Jakomeit, Florian Speckardt from In Extremo, Axel Schmitt (bread sommelier), and Kochbox Berlin. Around 250 guests will have the opportunity to enjoy finger food specialties prepared live at ten cooking stations. Alongside creative cuisine, visitors can also look forward to spectacular show acts. A live band and DJ will provide a true festival atmosphere.
Right at the heart of the action is kitchen technology specialist Convotherm, providing six mini pro units for this outdoor event. With this latest product innovation, the Eglfing-based manufacturer brings new energy to the evening’s cooking stations.
