With a world premiere, groundbreaking innovations, and a compelling trade fair presentation, the company impressed many visitors. Highlights included the first public appearance of the Convotherm mini pro, the smart Welbilt FitKitchen concept, the Lincoln Aperion conveyor oven, and the new Merrychef  high-speed oven accessory, the Cavity Liner.

World Premiere: Convotherm mini pro

A special highlight of the trade fair was the world premiere of the Convotherm mini pro. This compact combi oven sets new standards with its AI-driven Optical Cooking technology,  ConvoSense, combining maximum performance with a compact design.

The new Lincoln Aperion conveyor oven impressed with its high speed and uniform cooking results, while the new Merrychef accessory, the Cavity Liner, offers a practical solution for even easier cleaning of Merrychef high-speed ovens.
