The maxx pro with the world's leading AI-controlled cooking system, ConvoSense, will also be demonstrated live on the stand. This combi oven cooks fully automatically, controlled by artificial intelligence and requires no programming. The latest conneX® high-speed ovens from Merrychef can also be discovered on the stand. Their intuitive controls, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity as standard and a revolutionary new platform, as well as the industry's first 16-inch square cooking space in an 18-inch wide oven, make it unique. This puts Merrychef at the forefront of high-speed oven innovation.
