Tobias Brand has been in charge of sales in Germany for all Welbilt brands since 01.12.2022. The trained chef and graduate in business administration has worked in the commercial kitchen industry for many years, including almost ten years with responsibility for sales at the manufacturers FIRMA, Küppersbusch and ELRO.

As head of project development, he also spent several years in the specialist planning landscape in Germany. Through his activities for the Association of Professional Planners (VdF), the Foodservice Consultant Society International (FCSI) and the Industrieverband Haus-, Heiz- und Küchentechnik e. V. (HKI), Tobias Brand has access to a broad network and industry knowledge.

Ulrich Matthesius has been supporting sales in southern Germany since 01.01.2023 and, as area sales manager, will look after specialist retailers, specialist planners and end customers.

As a trained chef and butcher, Mr. Matthesius has a broad knowledge of the industry and sound practical know-how. Ulrich Matthesius has been active in the industry for many years and has extensive knowledge of commercial kitchen technology. In the field of thermal kitchens, he was able to gain experience with well-known manufacturers such as FIRMA and Electrolux and also worked for several years in the specialized trade.
