Welbilt presents innovations at ALLES FÜR DEN GAST in Salzburg, Austria
Eglfing / Herborn, Germany - Welbilt is showcasing its innovative expertise for professional kitchens at the industry's leading trade fair for the catering and hotel industry in the Danube-Alpine-Adriatic region, the Alles für den Gast in Salzburg. From 5-9 November 2022 the kitchen technology specialist will present products that are precisely tailored to the current requirements of the market at booth 130, directly in the arena. On display will be, amongst others, the innovative generation of the quietest, fastest and best networked high-speed ovens, the Merrychef conneX® 12 and the brand new the Merrychef conneX® 16, which will be presented to the public for the first time. The new Merrychef conneX® high-speed ovens are especially designed for convenience stores and quick service restaurants. In addition, the units feature simple operator guidance: with the 7-inch high-gloss touch screen monitor, all staff can prepare high-quality hot food at the touch of a finger, serving food in seconds and avoiding long queues.
Improved ease of use, low energy consumption and minimal footprint, as well as the best conditions for networking, are also found in the newest member of the Convotherm mini family. With a width of just 51.5 cm, this smallest and most compact all-rounder, in combination with the Merrychef high-speed ovens, is ideal for concepts where time is of the essence - whether in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening.

Live at the Welbilt booth will also be the new generation of combi ovens, the Convotherm maxx pro. This practical appliance, which takes up just one square meter, offers maximum flexibility and is equipped with cutting-edge technology and innovative features. This premium product, also used by Bocuse d'Or champions, impresses with its four functional management systems - Climate, Quality, Production and Cleaning Management. These management systems ensure the best results are consistently delivered for every type of food, offering the most efficient energy consumption.
