Eglfing, Germany. This year it will take place on 11 and 12 June: At the Bocuse d’Or Europe, twenty teams from different nations will compete against one another in Turin to convince an expert jury of gourmet chefs of their culinary skills. Candidates’ performance will be assessed in terms of creativity, visual presentation and taste in order to determine the ten best teams from Europe. This year Convotherm is once again a main sponsor of the Bocuse d’Or and will support participants in the European preliminaries and the finals with pioneering technology in the competition kitchens. The winners of the European preliminaries will compete against finalists from Asia and the Americas in the grand finale, which takes place in Lyon at the Sirha trade fair. The Bocuse d’Or European qualifying round is being held in southern Europe for the first time, in the context of the Gourmet Expoforum. 

As one of the main sponsors, Convotherm is once again supporting this prestigious gastronomic competition and is providing the professional chefs with top-flight technology in the form of the Convotherm 4 combi steamer. It is a collaboration with a long tradition: For 20 years now, Convotherm has been a partner of the famed Bocuse d’Or cooking competition.

Please ensure that only software which is suitable for the unit series is installed on your Convotherm unit. This software cannot be used for other unit types from the range. If this is disregarded, no liability will be assumed for malfunctions.
