CONVOTHERM is the world's leading producer of ovens for ship and hotel kitchens. It no wonder since our ovens are not only able to produce large quantities on a flexible schedule but also our unique disappearing door is a space-saver in close-quartered ship and hotel kitchens.

Even the Queen Mary 2, the largest passenger ship in the world, relies on CONVOTHERM. The "queen of the seas", with its height of 74 meters and length of 345 meters is truly a small city in itself. During peak periods a total of 22 CONVOTHERM combi steamers supply up to 2600 passengers and 1300 crewmembers. All this without stress and always reliably.
