This in-house stock includes every electric or electromechanical replacement part for every unit version which was ever built!!! If a replacement part is ordered before 12 o'clock noon, we are able to ship the order anywhere across Europe so that it arrives at the customer's location on the next day. Basically you should avoid using cleaning products which have not been recommended for cleaning your combi steamer by CONVOTHERM. For these units, Convotherm recommends its own cleaner, Convoclean new, which has been specially developed for this purpose (for light cleaning – registration free !!!! ) or Convoclean forte ( for normal to heavy soiling ). Only by using original Convotherm cleaning products can you be sure that maximum cleaning results are achieved with the least possible surface wear and also guarantee the best possible safety for your Convotherm. Basically it is possible for you to decalcify your Convotherm combi steamer by yourself, however, this is not recommended because there are various hazards (chemical burns...) associated with this process. [ Back to top ] |
